If you haven’t already guessed by my blogs name, I have a real thing for gold, especially within interiors. But I actually love all metallics. The sophistication of Silver, luxuriousness of Gold and the warmth of Copper mean that you can incorporate these metallic tones in your home whatever your style. It seems metallics are officially going nowhere within interior design and home decor.
As we transition into Autumn, we will all be looking to add some warmth into our homes, and copper is a great way to achieve this. So when the lovely guys at Amara got in touch and asked me to style and show you how copper can work within your home décor, I jumped at the chance. Amara is a great independent luxury online brand. They stock the most beautiful pieces including some lust worthy items by Tom Dixon. I cannot tell you how long I’ve been waiting to get my hands on a few of his items!
COPPER: WHY SHOULD WE INCORPORATE IT TO OUR INTERIOR & HOME DECOR

Copper provides a warming, sophisticated glow that can be easily incorporated into interior schemes to add an element of understated, cool luxe. The copper ‘moment’ shows no sign of slowing down. Its affordability has led to a huge resurgence of products online and on the high street.
Sam Hood, founder and creative director of Amara, said: “Metallics have, over the past few years, become really popular in statement pieces. Interior trends tend to mimic the catwalk and the copper and metallic trend has leapt from the clothes rails straight into people’s home décor inspiration.
